The Rich Troxler Project

The Rich Troxler Project, is a project I am working on with my old friend and mentor Richard Troxler. When we were young and I would watch Rich and our friend Michael Carmel rehearse with their band, their dedication to perfection pierced my psyche. It left an indelible impression on me to search for my perfection as a artist in my life. This project means a lot to me as I work on creating the impression that was left on my brain so many years ago. I appreciate Rich's patients and time he has given to this project.

One of Rich's talents is woodworking. These photos are of Rich working on a intarsia project.
Rich also builds furniture and mirrors. His work can be seen on his website shelvesmirrorsandmore.com

2010 Beginning the New Year

This is the beginning of my blog for the new year of 2010. My goal for this coming year is to work more as a event photographer. Also explore some new visual creativity.

This fall I assisted at a couple of weddings and religious events. I also worked a few golfing events as a photographer. On Dec 5th I was the event photographer for The Heckscher Museum in Huntington. My friend, Mike Krasowitz (also an excelent photographer) passed the gig my way.
